Dell Inspiron 600m Review

I have had a Dell Inspiron 600m for the last four years. Although that is ancient in the technology world, I have really enjoyed owning this laptop.

My laptop came with a 50GB hard drive, although I am not sure about the memory. The best thing about this laptop is that it is very easy to use and it has held up quite well over time. I use my laptop a lot and I have had no issues with the keyboard, touchpad, or screen.

It is also a nice size and weight. I would say that the worst things about this laptop are the battery performance and that it runs on the hot side. My original battery never lasted that long and fairly quickly it stopped charging much at all.

I basically need to keep it plugged in at all times to keep it running. In terms of heat, it seems like it hardly cools itself down. It can be uncomfortable to have it on your lap because of the heat. The keyboard is a decent size and easy to use. However, it does not have a 10-key pad, so if you are used to that it can be a little cumbersome typing a lot of numbers.

The touchpad is easy to use and I have had no problems with it. I was always a mouse user but have come to use the touchpad with ease on this laptop. The speakers on this are decent. In terms of speed, it is pretty fast and performs well.

I would certainly recommend this laptop to a friend. I would definitely purchase another Dell.
