DO NOT BUY A TOSHIBA laptop!!! I bought a Toshiba laptop in November 2009. Right from the start, the keys started sticking. I thought it would work itself out, but it got worse.
Finally, I sent it in to Toshiba for repair under the warranty. It's been over two weeks and I haven't received it back. I called and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Then I talked to a "supervisor" who basically said Toshiba couldn't care less about you or your computer problems.
He was rude and obnoxious. To sum it up, don't buy a Toshiba laptop because they are pieces of junk and the customer "service" is a joke.
